Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

This workout is feeling much easier.

I felt dizzy the  last 2 miles. I think I found the culprit, Power Bar fruit fuel packs. I have no idea why, but I can contribute all of my dizzy spells to those. I don't ever seem to have the problem when I don't take them. I used them in the most of my 2013 races and ended most of them feeling dizzy. That's got to be it, I never feel it otherwise. I wonder if that's ever happened to anyone else. Google time. You can find any answer you want to find on Google:)

Sorry to hear about the dizziness issues. I have been using them since they came out, never had an issue (basically applesauce with electrolytes).

Hi! Yeah, I was drawn to them for that reason. Who knows, hopefully that's the real cause for me so I can have it finally figured out.

Dizzy=Not good! But I'm glad you were able to figure it out! AND hooray for workouts getting easier! Boston is going to be great!

Crazy that is happening to you. They are one of my go to items for nutrition. I use them and the Power Blok energy chew blocks. Nice run.
