Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

6 miles down Main. 7:35ap. Felt great but tried not to push the pace since I'm planning on a 35-45 miler on Monday somewhere in the Wasatch Mountians. If I don't return, contact ScottW., he's responsible.

Also, this is my highest mileage week ever! My second largest was the week of May 10. I must be running an ultra next month! :)

Lots of miles for my first ultra in the Wasatch Mountains. 7.5 hours of running, 2 peaks,  desolation peak and Scotts Peak. lots of bathroom breaks in the wild and 3 hours of  nausea like I've never had. Hot, humid and high elevation made the run a bit harder, but  refreshing spring  water, good company and the confidence boost was well worth it .  Just one month left till the Skyline 50 miler, I'm feeling ready!

Hey, I'm not sore! Shock of the century for me.  I'm feeling pretty tired though. Tomorrow could be another story...

80 mins easy on BST.  No signs of soreness but not exactly feeling fresh.  I'm loving the progress!

A few easy miles to test out my knee from a small fall I had coming down Pfeifferhorn on Saturday. Ran the last 5K in 20:37. Fast pace felt fine.

I'm also not sure how to log my shoe miles for this run. I discovered after the fact that I had ran with two different shoes on. Wow, I must be really tired.

Red Baldy and Sunrise peak up Alta with Scott and Craig. So, so tired. Less than 3 hours of sleep on some very tired legs. Time to taper for the 50m next week.
