Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

Twin peaks from the hairpin with Craig and Scott. Met up with Jenna's larger group a mile into the run at the I street trail head. I was the first to the peaks and opted to turn around and get back home. Would have been fun to chat, but had to get the kids off to school. Maybe 10 people today + a dog.  Amazing sunrise canopy over the city lights on the way back. Felt great this morning and even got a couple of fast last miles in to snag a course record I've had my eye on. Kudos to me.

Afterwards, went to the gym for 60 mins of core, arms, buttocks, and stability exercises on the ball. I'm going to be sore.

That is amazing how you got a sunset pic in the morning;) I'm loving these sunrise/sunsets these past few days they have been breath taking!

Doh! Thanks for the headsup:) That would be amazing if the sun set at 7:00am. I'd say that would be a sign of the times.
