Change of pace 5k, alternating at 6:27 and 6:49 every 400m (6:38ap). I've been feeling low energy all week for some reason. I'm hoping I'm not getting anemic or something weird. Maybe not. Probably just everyday stuff throwing me off, mixed with training. Likley psychosomatic, I'm good at that too. App with doc next week to make sure I'm at tip top awesome:) Hoping to hit max mileage this week with my long run tomorrow. I don't know if I've ever ran over 50 miles a week!
