Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

I took a week off from a weak ankle. I  bought three different braces for it. Some were too stiff, some not enough support and some just dug in. Sounds like a bra fitting.

9:00pm- Easy 5.5 test miles with Karen down main. It hurt a little -better than a lot. We finished at her house and layed on her front lawn while we talked about doing  all sorts of exercises but we ended up just doing a set of 25 sit ups. Then we laughed for a few minutes and counted that as a second rep of ab work.  I came home and said lots of prayers that my ankle would feel good by tomorrow for psudo tempo tuesday. I like those days.

8 slower miles with Andy. I was breathing like it was a real tempo. That was really scarry. Happy Halloween to me. 7:45-50ap

The rest of the day I put in a good effort by prepping for the Relief Society carnival I was in charge of. Most my efforts were sitting and breathing hard while twisting animal balloons. By the end of the night, I had serious body oder.
