Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

This morning I went for an easy run on the treadmill. 7 miles at 7:40 average pace and 2x800 at 6:15 pace. 8 miles total. Hoping to be close to this pace this weekend. Good thing it's downhill, becuase it felt like I was sprinting on the treadmill.

7 miles at a 7:40 pace would not be easy for me. What do you got going this weekend?

Hmmm, I'm still not on your favorite's list. :(

I'm waiting on you Burt my friend. But I was serious, it won't let me add anyone right now for some reason....not sure if it is another glitch on the system...so try putting mine on and then tell me if it works:)

I am running the Provo Halloween Half Marathon on Saturday. Hope to PR!

I just did 6:19 pace for 4x1200s and it felt like I was sprinting too!! (they are much easier for me on the track-all speed work is)Good luck Saturday!

Ooh. Good luck.

And just give me your password. I'll fix it for you ;)

Tara, good this weekend! You'll do great! One more thing...... Don't trust Burt. Arizona Mormons can't be trusted! Ask him how many latter day prophets came from Arizona?

From Burt on Wed, Oct 26, 2011 at 23:44:23 from 72.223.91.148

Rye! It's just that Arizona Mormons know how to govern themselves. They don't need the constant vigilance of a prophet like some other states.

Burt.... wow..... I'm speechless!

No offense.

None taken! Lol

Well that was an intresting conversation to somewhat be a part of lol:) I don't know about Airizona mormons, but I do know Burt is a little different. That's why we get along. How do you both know each other? You do know Burt that Ryan is a bishop? You need to take it down an notch.

From Burt on Thu, Oct 27, 2011 at 15:19:01 from 68.14.209.26

Sorry for hijacking your blog. I have a habit of doing that. I do know that Rye is a bishop. Which makes me question the church in Idaho even more.
