Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

Seven miles on Davis. It turns out there is a park up there. How could I have missed that in the past!? Life changing.

Swings are for romance, monkey bars for friends, and flag poles for fist fights. Which one do you want to meet by?

From Tara on Tue, Sep 24, 2013 at 17:50:34 from 75.169.139.89

Allie- I'll bring my stretchy pants.

Burt- Clearly Allie is a good friend. She's bringing pie! She'll be on the monkey bars. And I'm more of a fighter than a lover. I'll pack my brass knuckles.

Flag pole it is. And that pie is going in your face!
