Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

I received some Nuun tablets from my brother-in-law (summertime) for Christmas and decided to try it out. I gagged for the first couple swigs. The "Tipple Berry" flavor was very soapy-with-a-hint-o -sunscreen-taste. I kept thinking, Okay Sheridan, you're gross. My toddler later came in the room and announced he squirted soap and other things into my water bottle so it would be clean water for me to drink. I poured out straight pink suds. Sheridan was right, It turns out Nuun is really good without soap!

9 miles on the TM @ 1%. Got bored, sped up after the first mile and threw in some change of pace 800's near the end to get it over with, 6:11/7:30. 7:07ap
