Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

Huh. I've got some burn out going on for sure. Not too excited to do any speed work for this upcoming race, or even run for that matter. Huh. Otherwise things are good!:)

I am burnt out too. And to me it is puzzling. so today I started out with a 9:28 pace. And if that's what I ran for the rest of it I was happy. and you know what it felt better and better :D. Take care my friend and do as Allie said and I will try as well.

You should have skipped that Saturday morning run with Kam and Andy. Those guys are enough to take away anybody's motivation.

Kam is such a buzz kill.

Been there done that (as far as being burned out.) (I still feel a little burned out since St George) I have good days and horrible days. I think its totally normal-you can't go go go go all the time.. I agree with Allie-embrace it for now-it will come back when you plan for a serious race. Your body is just telling you to take a little break from hard core training.
