Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

Easy few miles to get legs moving and assess foot and knees. My foot is slightly more annoying today but my knees are doing better. I'm sure by the weekend, all will be well. It wouldn't matter anyway, I'm going to race 'em down to the nubs for a PR.

I got called off of work today so I'm finishing up my workout room. I bought an elliptical from the DI yesterday that I'm quite excited about. I was certain the computer or resistance was burnt out since that is the main reason those machines are typically donated. I was just happy that it looked decent and ran smooth. Came home to find it all works! I did find some reviews on the machine and they were terrible. I might be bothered if I had spent the retail price tag, but $25? Best $25 I've spent this year.

Allie-Elliptical down the canyon! Hahahahhahaha! I just can't wait for the Elliptigo's to start making their way to the DI. 20 more years! I imagine they will have to make a special glass entrapment in the collectibles area to accommodate the special machines. In 50 years we'll see the Alter G make it's debut. I can't wait.

"Race 'em down to the nubs" HAHA. I love it. I have so many nagging little injuries as well, and I think I'll take some time off after Wasatch. Once you get racing and the adrenaline kicks in you won't even notice 'em.

Nice find at the DI. I buy my golf balls there. Can't beat 4 for a buck :)

For a minute there I thought you were getting your "asses" moving. I was like "she has two of them?"

Nice find on the elliptical!
