Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

6 easy miles this morning down Main. I ran with new shoes and compression sleeves. I'm not quite sure which one of those contributed to my legs feeling awesome, but I plan a repeat in attire for tomorrow's mp workout.

I've contemplated compression sleeves. Glad your feeling good;)

I was just talking to a guy at the gym today about how much we love our compression sleeves. Best $40 running purchase so far. Dorky-looking maybe, but my legs feel great after a run, especially a long run.

New gear always helps you feel better on the run.

Tami borrowed my sleeves and lost them. How? I don't know. They'll probably turn up in a dryer vent someday. NEW SHOES!!

You are still running the full, right?

Angie- I love the sleeves mostly for recovery. I hardly ever run with them. You should get some.

Hi Russ:) You and your friend are right, they are both dorky and valuable for runners!

Sheridan- Hi:)

Kam- Tami has the prego brain. Give her a break. I still have mine 3 years later.

I have several pairs of socks/sleeves, both $40 CEP and general compression socks from Dick's market in their pharmacy. Same material, $6 bucks.
