Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

6:00AM- Felt colder this morning. Met with Andy on LPT for 8 miles. I was breathing hard for some reason, maybe becuase I wouldn't stop talking. Legs are less sore today, but tired.

Suggested cross training for the rest of the week:

I'm not sure which was more disturbing, the men's unitards or their aerobic "moves." :-)

How about those facial movements? And those electric moves?! TALENT.

Legs are less sore? Sounds like we need to take you on a tougher run. :)

My legs have been really sore this week also. I have been running 8:00 minute miles. Crazy..

Aerobics is not very aerobic for me. I get all jumbled in the moves and look ridiculous. They are very impressive

Allie- Did you just droll over those outfits? They must have connections with those guys at the DI who help unload the goods at the drop off.

Barry- I'm pulling that or slower miles. Looks like we're on the same recovery plan:)

Scott- Day two post Twin Peaks was AOK. Bring iiiitt.:)

Ms. Kass- Sounds like you are uncoordinated. I once tried out for drill team in HS and they laughed me out of the gym. I ran so fast, that I was recruited on the spot to run track. Every time those dancers were out performing on the field, I knew they'd rather be dripping sweat while running in a circle, just like me!
