Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

5:45am- My body was soo tired and heavy today. I wasn't sleepy, just couldn't get my body to move. I hoped the track would inspire me, so I ran down to check it out. That's about all I did there. It looked nice. I moved on to run down Main Street. Ran 9 miles with some pick ups at the end. 4x3 min with equal rest. I really had to give some effort into these. Paces were all over the place due to the ups and downs on the way back. 6:20, 6:18, 6:38, 7:30. Variable inclines on first two, last two uphill- especially last climb.

So hot today. I took a shower, but never cooled down. I made it to work on time. That's about the only thing I did right today. I was all sorts of a mess. Lot's of content free information shared with my patients. I could not articulate for the life of me! Wow. Then the crazy laughs started after lunch. You know the kind when you loose your mind? Yep, that one. HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!

That's why I can't run before work haha I wouldn't be able to function. Good job for getting up early and getting it all in superwoman! I'm lazy I just realizedafter reading your post:)

Allie- The Sugarhouse track looks nice. I have some good memories on that track. I am excited to build more good memories, running along side your grandmother.

Angie- If you're lazy, then that makes the rest of us slouches. I don't know if that is the word. It either means a hussie, referring to posture, or someone lazy. Allie will look it up. Maybe it's made up. The point is, you are not lazy. I should have just said that:)

Why does none of this seem to surprise me about you?

From Joss on Thu, Jun 13, 2013 at 22:19:45 from 75.169.138.245

I really don't know what to think. Were you stressed? sad? angry? Anyway, you're brave to go on runs in the morning. Too cold for me.
