Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

5:00AM- TEMPO TUESDAY!  Ran a couple miles on the TM, including one at mp. Drove down to Pages Lane to meet up with Jasamine, Shantell, Kam and Andy. We ran 3.1 miles out and back on the trail for some mp miles. Some watch issues, ~6:50 AP. Feeling beat.

Whats with the TM add on miles? You just have to do more than everyone else?

Allie- Thanks for the sigh. I say the same thing every morning I strap that puppy in. Ahh.

Melody- Some people want to murder the 5k or a PR, some want to murder others, I just want to murder my watch! I have 3 Garmins now. One has to work! Actually, I just got one repaired by Garmin and put it up for sale right away! For the record, I hate the 405. I'm bad luck if I even think about touching it. Watches hate me!!

Nan- Yes! And I made the mistake not getting any warmup miles in last time and everyone was ready to go all out from the start. I did my homework this time! Also, the TM was the best option at 5am. You've heard of those Bountiful cougars, right!:)

Burt- I know your stalking, I mean lurking, and no I'm not talking about women cougars.

I only hit 6:50 AP in my dreams. I have to say that the trail part of your run sounds waaaaay better than the TM part. :)
