Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

I think this workout would have been fun to do on a track.  I've noticed my stride changes on a TM. I altered the incline at .5 for a couple intervals then leveled out again.

Does anyone have a magical pill that will make me start running again?

From Tara on Thu, Apr 11, 2013 at 00:52:11 from 75.169.136.194

Yes, except it doesn't come in your traditional container. You need a boat load of thyroid medicine. See Allie's latest post. She has all the info. You might need a yacht..

I am due April 29th, but I'm 100 effaced and dilated to a 2 so I guess she could come any day.. (she will probably jinx me and come late, lol) r u doing st george? I am so tempted, but would have to do it more for fun considering it has already been 4 months since my last run.. (it will take time to get back into great shape) anyway, looks like u r running well! Any races coming up? R u doing Ogden marathon?
