Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

TM running today at the gym. I wanted to get some downhill miles. Workout consisted of 1  mile warm up then put TM on decline at 3% and ran a 10k.

Splits were 6:22, 6:18, 6:18, 6:18, 6:11, 5:40 and 5:11 for .2. First 5k was in 19:38, second 5k in 18:41 with total time of 38:19. I resisted the urge to go faster but allowed that in the last 1.5 miles. Felt good and comfortable- the decline was nice. 1 mile cool down and stretching. I think I'll get some plank action in tonight during commercials of American Idol.

Nice workout today! Do me a favor and don't show up to any races I run for a while, I don't you to totally kick my trash. Even though I'm sure you would enjoy it! :0

You are amazing!!! I am in awe! I've been doing a Jane Fonda workout from YouTube. I can't quite figure out how to log it on to a cool runner's blog like this. They don't seem to have settings for Fonda workout PR or anything. I'll keep looking.

You are SO fast! Keep it up! You inspire me!

Mommy Dunn- We must be related some how... Jane Fonda workouts are awesome, I would create a blog for that if I were you, especially if you are competitive.
