Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

Physical Therapy appointment. Stretches with lots of squats, spinning, and some other seemingly pointless but effective moves. 2 hours of exercise total. She changed her mind and gave me the go ahead to run a little.....

Andrea- Yeah, she's the real deal. I went to the U Orthopedic center and was willing I see therapists there, but was referred to her because she's so good. I just got lucky that shes located in the same city i live. She's younger and use to be a competitive skier. She's worked on tons of athletes. It's strange though, although it is a sports PT office, I sure worked out with a lot of old guys today:) huh, so are a lot I your injuries side specific? She did something called a kinetic chain evaluation and found some pretty hokey pokey things!

Yup everything's on my right side too...my pelvis is definitely the problem because I have to pop it back into place 3-4 times a day! But I don't know how to fix it. If you have success with her, I might just have to take the drive and work with her too. Keep me updated!

Glad you are finding answers though.... I'm not very fond of the medical field at this moment and I will not go into any details......probably talking to the wrong family about that anyway....guess that there is a need for them.....

Sorry I want clear before. The last thing I would want to do is offend someone. No, I was working out with the 70 plus crowd today. You're at least 10 years from that!;)

Hi Julie! Things are getting better but my cardio is now terrible! It turns out its pretty hard for me to get a good cardio workout aside from running. I dont know who to reaume running again slowly, i really sont. Everytime i do i seem to edge on overdoing it, even with 4 miles. Sheesh. Ill get it together. How are you??
