Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

One hour PT appointment. Right knee is bugging me and going numb with tingling at times. I guess I am cutting off circulation somewhere. Whatever. I got the go ahead for speed work. Also went to Sports Doc today who helped me get a Running Clinic appointment for later this month. I'm excited for that!

One hour potty training?

From Tara on Mon, Aug 13, 2012 at 08:25:15 from 69.171.187.22

Yes! I'm surprised it took so long. Next PT appointment we plan to go to the Mojave Desert, where I will spend 1 week alone, studying the Arabian bladder! I plan to go days without having to take a potty break. Did I tell

you my husband is Urologist? He has a surgery planned that will help with urin continence for an entire year! Oh the possibilities!:)

1) Good to know Arabs are in the Mojave Desert.

2) Urine continence = your incontinence.

3) I can see your garment top in the family picture you just posted on FB.

4) YOU ARE AWESOME!!

From Tara on Mon, Aug 13, 2012 at 17:30:17 from 75.169.146.156

1. Arabians might be in the mojave desert, I don't know, but I do know that I envy the bladder of an Arabian horse! It's much easier going to the desert in the western states then to travel to the mideast.

2. Urine continence will exist after my PT program.

3. Also, that is not my garment top. That is called an under shirt. And it happens to be light blue! however, it still looks like a garmet top:D
