Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

930am- Rock-a-bye run with Allie.  I wish she was moving into my basement instead. What a good friend.

My right gluteus has been screaming at me for the past few days. I tweaked it on Friday's Trail run. Steve dug his elbow into it last night, which  painfully fun, but less fun this morning. The pace started around 8:00ish and naturally found its way down to 7:00, at one point. I couldnt figure out why I was getting tired. The wood chips were especially sloggy, but nice and gentle on my tender buns.

After the run, we walked a lap to visit  a bit more. She's on the countdown to TOU, quitting her job, moving across the country and reuniting with her lover, all within the next 17 days. Go Allie.

lol! We talked about it, then did it. How did we fall into the trap? ;) For the record, it was only 1 mile that got low.

I thought I was going to ball my little eyes out two different times during our run. I can't believe how strong you are.

Thanks for the text with the quote. I've Never read that before. I love it!

Tara, didn't your watch reprimand you!? I'm bawling my eyes out just reading about your run. I hate goodbyes.
