645am- easy 4.25 down Main. Turned around and did Fartlek, 7:17ap back.
8x60 @ 5k pace with 2:00 active rest
5x30 sprints with 1 min active rest
Felt okay, but sluggish to get to top speeds.
I always like Main because you can always get some added hill work in that mimics most hills on a course,. Lots of gradual long rollers that aren't too taxing upfront but challenge your mentality.
