Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

5 easy down main, well slow, not easy. I really want to start some speed again, but not sure when I dare to do that. Just running is boring without a long run, speed work or tempo. Try it sometime for 6 weeks. Oh and make sure you don't go over 5 miles at a time. That would be too fun. geeze.

yes, i also know the feeling. not ideal, but you are bringing the miles back and making progress. patience can be tough in this sport, but in the end it will be worth it.

go tara!

5 miles is great. Look at your calendar and decide what really matters to you, then scrap the rest and work toward whichever comes first. But before you start your list, put "healthy glute" at the top of the list, and let that dictate your subsequent selections.
